2025/1/30（木）
足場設置
足場を設置して、いよいよ明日から工事スタートです！
2025/1/31（金）
洗浄工事
外壁だけでなく、ベランダや土間なども丁寧に洗浄していきます。
土間や屋根は専用の機材を使用することで、短時間でキレイに洗浄ができます。
2025/2/3（月）
コーキング撤去・テープ貼り
コーキングを撤去して、際にテープを貼っていきます。
2025/2/4（火）
コーキング：プライマー塗布、充填
コーキングを打つ箇所にプライマー（建物との密着を強化する下地材）を塗布し、外壁に合わせた色のコーキング材を充填していきます。
2025/2/5（水）
コーキング仕上げ・養生
中間水切りのコーキングを仕上げて、養生をしていきます。
2025/2/6（木）
鉄部：ケレン、錆び止め
古い塗膜を落として、表面を滑らかにしていきます（ケレン）。
ケレンが完了したら、サビ止めを塗布していきます。
2025/2/7（金）
軒天：下塗り～上塗り、鉄部：中塗り
軒天を仕上げていきます。
鉄部は中塗りをしていきます。
2025/2/8（土）
アクセント部分（破風）のコーキング、外壁下塗り
アクセント破風の部分はコーキングの色が外壁と異なるので、このタイミングで施工していきます。
また、外壁の下塗りも行いました。
2025/2/10（月）
外壁中塗り、アクセント部分下塗り
外壁の中塗りとアクセント破風の下塗りを行っていきます。
2025/2/12（水）
破風・横樋：中塗り・上塗り、アクセント部分中塗り、倉庫中塗り
2025/2/13（木）
アクセント上塗り、倉庫上塗り
2025/2/15（土）
外壁上塗り、各所サビ止め、養生バラシ
外壁を上塗りして仕上げていきます。養生をバラシつつ、サビ止めも塗布していきます。
2025/2/18（火）
屋根・コーナー部分コーキング
屋根と外壁のコーナー部分のコーキングをしていきます。
2025/2/19（水）
各部上塗り、ポスト・外灯ケレン・下塗り・中塗り
フードや水切り、シャッターBOXなどを上塗りして仕上げていきます。
ポストや外灯もケレンをしてから丁寧に塗装していきます。
2025/2/20（木）
ポスト・外灯上塗り、倉庫アクセント上塗り
ポスト・外灯・倉庫を仕上げていきます。
2025/2/21（金）
コーナー部分下塗り
外壁のコーナー部分を下塗りしていきます。
2025/2/22（土）
コーナー部分中塗り、上塗り
外壁のコーナー部分を仕上げて、施工完了です！
